How Udo helps
Udo is a conversational tool that turns everyday workplace frustrations into qualified automation ideas. An employee describes a painful process in their own words. Udo asks the questions a good consultant would: what triggers it, who's involved, where it goes wrong. Ten to fifteenminutes later, the conversation produces a structured summary of the problem, a rough customer journey, a feasibility read, and an effort category — quick win, real project, or needs scoping. Enough for an employee to take to their boss, or for a Legal Ops lead to queue for implementation. Or an honest "don't bother" — which saves more time than most features.
From individual idea to company-wide signal
Udo Free is a personal tool, available today. Udo Team is the first company version — same conversation, but it knows your existing tools and other company-specific requirements. Plus, what comes out of it feeds into something your organization can actually use: Ideas are clustered, prioritized, and delivered as a weekly digest. Your team sees which processes frustrate colleagues most and what they're costing in hours. Every submission gets a response, so nothing disappears into a black hole. Accepted ideas can be routed to your internal team, to NodeMasters, or to any partner you choose — Udo is designed to recommend what you already own before suggesting anything new.
Built for enterprise — honestly, still being built
Udo Team is EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant by default, and ships with documentation ready for works-council review. SSO, audit logs, and role-based access are on the roadmap. The system will be pen-tested annually, ships with a clear subprocessor list, and never trains on your data. Udo Team is in active development with a small group of design partners — some of the above runs today, and some is some time out. If the thesis resonates, we'd rather talk to you now than when it's all finished.
